Celadon Quail

We were not only attracted by the beauty of these lovely easy keepers, but moreover their gorgeous blue eggs (often with lovely brown specks)! Additionally, while quail eggs are smaller than chicken eggs, they contain more fat, protein, iron, riboflavin, and vitamin B12 by weight. For this reason, we are very proud to offer these eggs for sale.. We are not selling these as hatching eggs, though they will most likely be fertile
Appearance

The Celadon Quail are a special variety of Coturnix Quail who carry a rare, recessive gene (the celadon gene) which causes their eggs to be a gorgeous blue color (often with brown speckles!).   We have seven different feather colors… Scarlett, Rosetta, Tibetan, Scarlett Tuxedo, Rosetta Tuxedo, Tibetan Tuxedo, and English White.  All of our breeding line comes from Sadie Girl Farm.
Our Breeding Lines
